Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I bought these to replace my worn out Technicas. I have skied Rossi in the past and have always liked their fit. I teach skiing full time in Northern Utah and I needed a more comfortable boot than my race Technicas offered. I feel that these will fit the bill. I have not used on the mountain yet , but will fully test in November. I have worn them around the house for a few days to test the fit and I will probably not need to do too much work (punching out, grinding, etc.). The inner boot is very comfortable and the fleece lining should help keep my feet warm when I am standing around on the snow.

Boots seem pretty good, two days out east on them. Took a bit to break in/get tightness just right, but wasn't bad. Had one noticeable pressure point after the first day, but got it worked out. The real down here was that I hard a hard landing and the boots cracked, as in the shell split, from the toe adjustment all the way down the inside of the heel. I didn't even feel it much except a bit of wiggle in my toes, which led to me skiing 6 more runs before realizing what happened when I got to the car. However, given Sierra's awesome customer service they're sending a new pair out immediately - here's to hoping it was a one time defect.
