“I used these off piste in Telluride all of 09-10. The are the best anywhere ski. They hang on steeps when you need; perfect for variable conditions and moguls. There are probably lighter skis for hike-to but sooo dependable;worth the exercise! Can't comment on backcountry from last season.”
