    I will be using this jewelry box to store my nicer jewelry. It is well made, and reminds me of the old steamer trunks people used during the early 1900s. The removable travel box would be great for storing items in a safety deposit box (one can always dream!!) This brings me to my only complaint about this item; I need more jewelry to fill it!

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    Upon receiving the trunk, most of the drawer guides were unglued from the sides. [...] I expected a higher quality product. The drawer guides were just cheap pieces of plastic glued to the sides. The trunk latches were also misaligned.
