My stats: 5'2"; waist: 35.5in; hips: 40in; bust: 39in
I ordered a size 12. They are great, they hit me at about the knee. -

I'm a solid size 10 and the 10 was perfect. Perhaps if you are on the smaller end of a size, you can size down. I ordered them in different colors. I like the versatility. I prefer the rolled look but do as you please!

The length is good & adjustable. The sizing, however, is slightly oversize--there is about a 3" gap at waist back, and I purchased the 4, but they are a bit droopy--not quite the style I was looking for. My hips are 37", maybe a 2 would have fit better.

I bought size 8 in the blue and off white colors. I love the soft cotton fabric, pockets, length, and overall style.
I washed them, thinking that initial shrinkage would improve the fit, although waist temained too big. Fixed this easily with sewing dart like seam above both back pockets. Now they are perfect. For the sale price it was worth it for me to do this small alteration. -
