    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    Nice shirt. The snug fit increases thermal retention and makes it useful for layering. The spandex affords enough stretch so as not to restrict movement. Don't expect to fit much more than the equivalent of a t-shirt underneath it if you order according to chart. Not recommended for the obese. Oh, the description is quite accurate in describing the pullover as lightweight: according to my kitchen scale, a size medium weighs 8.3 oz.
