Definitely pay attention to STPs recommendation to order a half-size larger than your normal European size (40.5 for 40, etc.) The break-in period was easy; a few short hikes and scrambles, and everything eased into a very comfortable fit. The only thing I'm not thrilled about are the laces, but that's a simple enough fix.
