The fabric is very soft and smooth...easy to slide a jacket or flannel shirt over. I dress it up with a black broomstick skirt, southwestern style jacket or dress it down with jeans and flannel shirt. Great for layering. It's a little large but the fabric is so stretchy, you can get away with it...great for wearing while traveling. The turtleneck is not tight and gives you a great scrunchy look.

I usually am a size 12, so usually get a Large in women's clothes, but this is more like a size 16. I am going to return for a size M.
