It looks exactly like the picture. The sleeves are on the snug side for a sweater, but shouldn't interfere with the wearability of the sweater. But for cashmere, it is scratchy. Not as scratchy as a cheap wool, but similar to merino. I've not had a cashmere that felt like that before. Kinross' processing must leave something to be desired. Still a good sweater for the price, but I will be returning it since I specifically wanted cashmere softness.

Like another reviewer said, it is not the softest cashmere I've ever felt but it is a nice weight. I ordered both the ivory and fountain blue. I'm returning the blue--it's a bit brighter than I expected and I'm not sure what I would wear with it.
