great for salt or fresh water By renzo from Albuquerque,NM on 07/19/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy On and Off, Good Traction, Great Fit, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Advanced User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are a great boot for wading flats in saltwater and just as good for wading trout streams. I used them for a week in Belize on permit flats and they were on my feet for 9 hours a day. The built in gator kept out the sand. Last week I spent a week trout fishing in Colorado and they were great for long days of stream fishing which involve a lot of walking. They are comfortable and provide good support.

By bug from Longmont Co. on 06/22/2009 Describe Yourself: Recreational User Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I only used the shoes once when I went hiking. I really didn't know how they would work. Now I get it. I really like not hiking in wet shoes. It was alittle hard getting the velcore jsut right. but they worked well and I finished hiking they rest of the day in them. I tell everybody about them.
