Great jacket from Columbia...... By Edoe from Vancouver,WA on 11/12/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Windproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Extreme Conditions, Hiking and Camping, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I used this jacket for a 5 day elk hunt and it was perfect. It was used in rain, snow and temps. down in the 20s. It couldn't have worked better. I did put water sealer on the seams before I used it and I stayed bone dry. Thanks Columbia for another great jacket! Images shared by: Edoe

worked very well elk hunting By TetonRon from Jackson Hole, WY on 10/27/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Used this jacket for two weeks elk and mule deer hunting in the east Idaho mountains. Temps ranged from 0 to 58 degrees with winds as high as 45 mph. With layering this jacket was perfect for stalking and glassing for hours on windy ridges at below freezing temps. Repelled snow, ice and rain with no problems whatsoever and held up in thick brush. I'm sure a jacket 5 times the cost might perform better but I dont know how
