This coat was made in Italy. I have another Brandt bamboo jacket made in Canada that fits perfectly. I have bought several Brandt jackets from ST and sent several others back including this one. Their quality seems to depend on where they're made: Canada, great; Mexico and China, not so good; Italy, quality should be good but apparently isn't.

The fabric is soft and comfortable. The design of the jacket , with side vents, fits the pattern very well. The garment is relatively light weight, appropriate for spring-summer and warm fall days. The bamboo material seems to have good hand, and the twill weave should provide wrinkle resistance. I am well pleased with this purchase.
