Stiff applique, but cute! By College Girl from West Coast on 09/14/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Fun, Nice Design, Washes Well Best Uses: Cool Nights, Sleeping Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I already got the brown bear version of the Hatley nightshirt in size large, and found that the applique was nice and soft, but the size was unflatteringly big and baggy--more like an XL, or 14--though it was comfortable! This time around, I got the medium in the red "Nature Rocks" design, hoping that the sizing would be as over-sized as the first one. The applique is not soft--it's about as stiff as applique can be--but the sizing is probably about right for a size 6-8. I'm more of a 12 in the hips, so it's pretty snug there. I'm keeping it, though.
