While I didn't expect them to be high-end, I thought they would do as a basic wardrobe piece. I returned them because of the strange fit. They had a very high rise - above the naval, which I don't care for, and a short inseam. It couldn't have been more than 29-30", as they did not hit the ground for me. Even with flats, I felt they would have been too short. Additionally, I felt they were a little snug. I am comfortable in a 12, and can sometimes wear a 10, depending on the cut. The 12 pulled around the waist and looked too tight for business wear. They might work if you are shorter than average and have a small waist.

Great fabric and fit. Nice looking with dressier blouse or more casual sweater. I bought both colors. Haven't washed them yet, so don't know how that will go, but from the feel of the fabric, I think it will be fine. Even though these are 2nds I did not find a flaw.
