By miss muffin mom from Basalt, CO on 11/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color, High Quality, Stylish, Washes Well, Wrinkle-Free Cons: Strange pull cord ankle Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love everything about these pants except the pull cord around the ankle. It makes the material around your ankle hang funny. Otherwise a great pair of hiking pants.
Great Convertible Pants for Hiking By Cardinal from North Carolina on 11/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, High Quality Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was happy to find these convertible pants in the "short" length, which can be difficult to find in stores. They sit below the waist. There is an integral belt which can be adjusted to fit your waist. The only problem was with one of the two zippered pockets--the zipper doesn't move as smoothly as it should.
By mountaingirl from so on 11/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These pants fit my shape well. (curvy) I usually wear a womens size 6, but had to order a size 8. The 8 was a little big in the waist but isn't a problem because of the incorporated belt. I wore these hiking and they worked fine. On a longer trek, I wonder if the zipper on the legs will be irritating? Otherwise... should work well for my outdoor adventures.
