The pants are are light-weight and keep you warm in the morning hours when the temperatures are cooler and they keep you cool in the warmer temps. They have a unique adjustable waist band, great pockets and roll-up nicely for cute capri pants. I think these pants are well-made and comfortable for hiking! They wash well and I am glad I bought the pants!

It is called "switchback" -- it is just the best. It is excellent in a light rain, very breathable, stretches and is super comfortable. I have bought several pairs of these.
