Great shirt for running in cold weather By dusty from Pittsburgh, PA on 11/02/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Running Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This shirt was great for running in the colder weather. It does a great job at blocking the wind from your skin. It lets your skin breath, so you don't get overheated. Very comfortable material. Does not bunch up around your waist when you run.
By K Rock n' Roll from Los Angeles, CA on 10/30/2009 Pros: Extra Pockets, Lightweight, Stylish, Thumb hole Cons: Poor Fit, Super Small for Sizing Best Uses: Anytime, Running, Yoga/Dance Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this as an outer layer to wear on long training rides and for running in cool weather. I found that it runs small and feels a little rigid (maybe because of the special wind and water wicking fabric).
I have come to expect average quality from Zoot and this is pretty much what I had in mind when I bought it - decent craftsmanship and some good ideas but the execution is just average. I like knowing my license or money is safe in a pocket and while the back side pockets are deep, there's no zipper to keep that stuff from falling out when I grab a bar or a gel.
I certainly wear it, but it's not the first thing I pull out of my drawer in the morning. For the money, you can get better stuff.
