Shirt has small tucks around the midsection and then flares out again a little below the waist. The effect is very slimming. Good fit. Did I say slimming? Got tons of complements when I paired it with dark grey slacks. As with other Eye shirts with lots of pleating, I dry clean rather than hand wash for a nicer appearance.

I was disappointed in its color....the green was too "pea green" & not a deep olive green or darker green which would, in my opinion, have been more attractive. Nor did it fit well. It really bunched in back & just wasn't right for my body.
