Sleeves are longer, but ok to roll up. Size is good for wearing over lightweight top,otherwise, not for over sweatshirt or bulky knit. Fleece is tight knit and soft.
Not thick or heavy. Good for Midwest Spring weather.

Much warmer than thicker fleece. I haven't tried it in heavy rain but light rain just pills up. Long sleeves can be folded back into a cuff or left down to warm the hands. Nice color. warm pockets. I like the fitted look.
