The sleeve length I could shorten but not the other. Would love to have tried a petite jacket size but there were none.

It is styled well and is extremely comfortable for an entire day of work. It was surprisingly warm, so as we enter winter, it will get good use. It can be paired with pants, skirt - colored or black accessories. I'm very pleased.
