By EL from Ross, CA on 11/16/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a simple but excellent raincoat. No bells or whistles. It is a shell and therefore light weight. There are no pit zips. The hood does not detach. However, it is well made and I like the simplicity. I plan to wear it in the suburbs and in the country.
By Extra731 from Atlanta, GA on 11/03/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Stylish, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice jacket!! Extremely lightweight, unlined rain jacket. I can't say anything about durability or breathability yet, but the fit is great, it's surprisingly flattering, and it seemed pretty wind resistant the one time I've worn it so far. The hood is very nice, large, adjustable and functional - I think I'll really be able to wear this in the rain without my face getting wet (unless the wind is blowing the rain sideways, but no hood can help with that). Great price, too!!
By Cornvalley runner from Corvallis, OR on 10/29/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Cons: Not Enough Pockets or Features Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great for everyday wear in the rainy Northwest. Lightweight for packing and carrying around. Hood is awesome. Only negative, the pockets are situated so that you can't put your hands in them while walking. Love my new coat! Quality construction.
