By Artemis from Atlanta, Georgia on 11/16/2009 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was looking for a lightweight rain jacket to wear while walking and running. I have a winter jacket, so I didn't need one with insulation, but I wanted one that is waterproof/resistant as well as breathable. This jacket fits the bill. It is exceptionally well-made, with multiple zip pockets for a key, money, what have you, as well as graduated velcro adjusters for the sleeves and a drawstring waist if needed.
Exactly what I was hoping for! By The Crystal Butterfly from Springfield-Rogersville, MO on 10/26/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have read some reviews from other sites since none had yet been posted. The overall rating I found was a 4 1/2 star. I definitely give it a 5. Awesome color, perfect fit, super light, and very dry. I still have lots of environments to try it out in but you just can't beat the price.
Haven't given it a full blown test yet.. By Wishing for Sunshine. from Cleveland on 10/20/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love this jacket - and that it is so supple. I have not yet worn it in a deluge but I expect it will be as waterproor as a "Precip". It is very breathable and yet very wind - resistent. Might just be me, but I find that the sleeves on a medium fit me just perfectly whereas a medium is often too large and the sleeves too long (bought this a size larger than normal because that was available on sale - and I am glad I did because it will allow me to fit a bulkier layer under it and make this a full three-season jacket - who knows it might evolve to be great for winter as well. Its lines are fairly flattering so its not going to accomodate too much bulk). So while I find the fit pretty true, perhaps its runs smaller than some brands - not sure. I have to say that I love the crazy-bright colors!
