By C Monster from Boston, MA on 09/29/2009 Pros: Adequate Tint, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Polarization Cons: Distortion on edges, Nose pads rattle Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these (Brown/Copper) to replace my Oakley Whiskers, knowing they were a step down. I actually prefer the color tint on these as the Oakleys tended toward green.
I do have a couple issues with these glasses. For one the nose pads rattle around. Of course this isn't a problem when they are on my face but is just something you tend to find with low end glasses. The bigger issue however is that I do notice distortion at the edges, particularly the bottom. It's not bad enough that I will be returning them but again, this is the difference between low and high end sun glasses. Finally, I feel the fit is a little big. They are not sloppy but would recommend them for med-wide faces for sure.
Despite these criticisms I don't think these are necessarily bad but would be disappointed had I paid full price. I see these as basically nice "off the rack" glasses.

I thought I might be getting a deal on some decent optics, but I got what I paid for.
