For the price savings on this warm bag you can buy lots of candles! All else good, love the colors. the red and brown, buy it!
Warm & cozy but needs a compression sack By Krystal the New Backpacker from Kalispell, MT on 09/10/2009 Pros: Adjustable Hood, Comfortable, Roomy, Warm Cons: Compression Sack Needed Best Uses: 3 Season Camping, Cold Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We went on a three day backpacking trip over the labor day weekend and i loved this bag because it kept us nice and toasty while it down poured all night and it was a great price! The only thing is that it was probably too heavy and bulky for our backpacking trip but for just camping this bag would be perfect. It is a really nice bag! Its roomy, comfortable, warm, and overall a really nice bag (just not for backpacking trips). It really needs a compression sack though.
Does this one come with a left zip at all? That would be nice so you could zip them together.
warmth with a finicky zipper system By RyboFlavin from Saint Louis, MO on 08/26/2009 Pros: Adjustable Hood, Comfortable, Roomy, Warm Cons: Compression Sack Needed, Heavy, Zipper Snags Easily Best Uses: 3 Season Camping, Backpacking, Car Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: good price but the zipper system needs to be updated in a big way. the second night sleeping in the bag, my feet went through the zipper track. It had to be returned. being that it was summer in Missouri, this wasn't too big a deal but considering this is a 0' degree bag, i would NOT trust this in an extremely cold situation. My girlfriend also got one at the same time and although the zipper didn't go out completely..it got caught every time the bag was zipped! This being said, the bag was warm and i was surprised otherwise by how comfortable it was.
