Great value for the $$$$$. By Jack Frost from Jackson, WY on 11/09/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Downhill Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Snowmobiling, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As I can change this jacket up to fit my climate changes/needs this jacket is perfect. In addition, to find anything that is long enough length to cover my back that is normally exposed is a great find. To top it off, the low price makes it an excellent bargain.
By Occam from Columbus, OH on 10/03/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Downhill, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Its a great coat. I have worn it in a heavy rain and was dry the whole time. I have not had it on in really cold weather but I would guess with proper undergarments that you could stay warm down to 10F maybe 5F but past that I think you will need to look for a thicker coat. On the plus side you can take out the inner jacket and use your own or just wear it as a rain coat. All in all I would have paid double for this coat.
By ski bunny from NJ on 09/22/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Downhill, Hiking Describe Yourself: Advanced Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My husband is 6'7" and it is hard to find tall mens clothes that are large enough and not too expensive. It fits great and is constructed well just like most Columbia clothing.
