Besides wearing them for that purpose, I am surprised how many times I've worn the red ones as more casual wear & around the house. I actually look forward to my red socks to wear in the evenings. I also wore the red ones all day yesterday & they helped to make a casual outfit more pulled together & cute. Even my husband commented on how the socks (& top) really added something. Very comfy socks!

I did not like that I probably will have to wash them by hand, but I got them for cold weather so that is more the issue for me in terms of being usable. Nice socks with a nice feel.
