By Dutch from North Pole AK on 09/20/2009 Pros: Easy To Use, Effective, Promotes Healing, Safe Best Uses: Emergency Preparedness, Keep In The Trunk, Outdoor Activities, Quick Fix Describe Yourself: Novice First Aid Skills, Parent Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought this to put in our camper. The bag holds everything neatly and it doesn't take up a lot of room. It will be very useful for the occasional cuts and scrapes, plus help in real emergencies while we are waiting for more help. If you were like us and didn't have a first aid kit, this one is a great price and seems to be a good place to start.
