By asdf from NJ on 09/02/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Stylish Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have not really had a chance to try these pants out yet, however I have tried them on. I was in between sizes so I bought both a Medium and a Large. I have a 33in waist. I will return the Mediums, because while they fit at the waist, they were tight around my butt and left little room for layers underneath. On cold days I will wear a pair of micro-fleece pants + a capilene base layer. The large is a little loose around the waist, but nothing a good belt can't fix. The construction seems to be solid, however I am a little worried about how the area around my ankles will hold up with my edges beating on them. These pants have a slightly baggy fit, but not quite a snowboarders fit. I also like the slight check pattern on the white. Got these for a steal off here and am awaiting a Powder Bowl Jacket(also a steal) which has loops to connect the powder skirt to the pants for blower days. I am a little worried about the breathability of the non Stretch H2No fabric, but for hikes up the hill or warm days you can always open up the leg vents. So in all, if you are inbetween sizes, I would size up with these pants. They are very good for the discount, but I don't know if they are worth the full price on here.
