Looks strange, great helmet By The travelling cyclist from San Antonio, Texas on 06/01/2009 Pros: Convenient back-of-head adjustment, Good ventilation, Lightweight, Nice fit system/pads Cons: Poor instruction straps Best Uses: Everyday riding, Road cycling, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: At first the helmet looked awkward. It took some time to figure out how to adjust the straps; however, once the straps were done, everything was great. The ventilation is excellent and the back adjustment system is very easy to use and can be adjusted on the fly. The net padding is very comfortable and drys fairly rapidly. Once the fit was dialed in, I forgot I had it on. My friends are shock because I wear this helmet every time I ride now and I use to never wear a helmet unless I had to. I vary in wearing a skull cap, bandanna, or a headband underneath this helmet and the quick adjustment knob easily facilitates for the change. This was definitely a good buy. I even bought one for my wife who is very surprised by how well the helmet works.
Very Comfortable and Light Helmet By Live2Ride from The Open Road Ahead on 05/05/2009 Pros: Good ventilation, Head-turner, Lightweight, Very Eurochic Stylish Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a very lightweight, stylish helmet. The mesh lining does make it a tad warm. But the fit is wierd, you cannot tighten the helmet after it's on your head - the tightening knob at the back does not work in small increments. So with my head it is either too tight or too loose...and a small tap on the knob loosens it. So I am not too sure how this will work in a crash situation. The way I fit it is to first dial in the size, put in on your head and then adjust further tightness by using the height adjustment mechanism. Not ideal but workable. Also the inner mesh lining makes the helmet slide around your head if you have any hair on your head.
