It looks A-line from the picture, but really it's a sack of potatoes with a ribbon to tie around the waist. The straps are very wide and neck line high, making it very school girl like, (and not in a good way). To top it off the skirt is a wide triangle which with the cinched in waist makes your hip look huge!
