Very difficult...I needed to enlist my neighbor's help and even then it took us a good 20 minutes. But, I was nice and dry while out touring in 37 degree water today.

Seems to be well constructed and very waterproof. Unfortunately, I am rather short-wasted (at 5'2") so when I close it up around my waste, it's somewhat convex instead of concave; this results in some pooling of water.
