The leather is smooth and beautiful and soles have good traction. I usually wear an 8.5 so that's what I ordered despite instructions that the boots run large.
By Spagirl from Massachusetts on 11/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Durable, Stable, Warm, Well Made Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: When I ordered these I wasn't sure how comfortable they would be for me because I've got bunions and a little wider than normal foot, but they were instantly comfortable. There was a bit of snugness at first, but I expect that for my foot width.
And they look much better on than I expected--definitely stylish with leggings and the perfect height for a petite person like me. They are warm and durable. Even with cold and snowy weather I am going to look great.

Great for every day winter wear. Super fuzzy insides. Note: Label inside boots reads different name, but sole reads La Canadienne.
