By Jo from Naperville, Il on 10/05/2009 Pros: Durable, Great Traction, Stable Cons: Heavy, Not Water Resistant Best Uses: Day hikes, Everyday Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As I tend to supinate, these shoes are a bit too stiff for me to run more than 5 or 6 miles. However they performed well on my wooded trail.
Traction was good in muddy areas. But stay away from puddles as they are not very water resistant. I ran trough a heavily dew covered field and my socks got wet.
By Jodi the jock from Michigan on 08/31/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Great Traction, Stable Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Feels like walking on a pillow. I wear orthotics and had to remove cushioning because my heel was set too high.
