There was only a $10 difference in price, but these were so much more poorly made. I couldn't get over the low quality- quite a difference in these two manufacturers. I sent them back and ordered Sorels! I'm very happy now!

Their basic advantage lays in the fact that they are really comfortable, a little wider than usual, which allows the use of thicker socks.
