Rudy Project Jekson Sunglasses

I'm gorgeous anyway, but these certainly complement my dashing good looks,

I wish I had bought more than one pair - great sunglasses with 2nd set of interchangable lenses.

These glasses work great for running and biking. I love being able to change out the lenses easily for different light conditions.

As I watched the olympic winter games this year I saw that many of the athletes wore styles similar to these. Rudy Projects are Italian made high end "Technically Cool Eyeware". 2 sets of lenses come with the glasses I ordered along with a hardshell case that holds the glasses and the additional lenses. The second pair of lenses come in their own protective fabric sleeves and there's a place built into the case for them. This is a great feature as its like getting 2 sets of sunglasses in one. Dark "laser red" lenses are somewhat mirrored making it hard for others to see your eyes in most lighting conditions and are best to be worn on bright sunny days. Light orange lenses are better for less sunny days and seem suitable for daytime driving although I havent used them in that way yet. I picked up a 3rd set of lenses (traditional grey) being sold as a closeout directly from the manufacturer who said they had 6 sets left and only in that color. That said, nobody beats Sierra Trading Post's Closeout prices and these glasses are a steal at the price I paid for them them at STP. The "retail" price listed on STP is not inflated. Its the real price the manufacturer & all of its authorized dealers charged for these glasses.

Value over more expensive models

I like the fit and the look of these glasses. Having multiple lenses is very convenient for being outside in everything from hot summers to snowy winters. Some may find them to be a bit larger than they appear in the photos, but I think that makes them stylish and sporty at the same time.

Work very well. I like the dark lenses better. The lighter lenses allow the frame to be seen and it just looks awkward to me.

these glasses seemed well made, with a hard case and 2 additional lenses...but i was expecting the color to be a little brighter, and the lenses to be see through. the color is actually pretty dark, and the lenses are mirrored, which means other people can't see your eyes. i personally don't like that, so i sent them back. i only briefly tried them on, so i can't answer the other posted questions.
