    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    This looks great and appears to be super comfortable, but it gradually stretched out and slipped over the dog's head several times. If you don't walk your dog on a leash, I guess it wouldn't matter, but it isn't safe with a leash attached.

    I ordered two, one for a golden the other for a border collie mix. I liked the collar on my 60# mix, but it just seemed too lightweight for my golden. (They both wear the same size in an adjustable collar.) The reflective threads are nice; they work, without detracting from the look of the collar.
