Been wearing water shoes for years and years and was surprised by rather unfavorable ratings by other two buyers! I'm totally happy. Posted width size is M.

Was stunned by negative comments of the first reviewer and decided to buy them regardless and to investigate for myself what could 've been the problem, if any. The shoe's Achilles tendon area is soft but across the tendon runs a Velcro-type strap that any user should open up and adjust INDIVIDUALLY for comfort! Did the 1st reviewer do that? As for the shoe width it is M, as indicated, so for me it's a tad on a narrow side but wearable!

Reviewed by Seth the kayaker from Tennessee on Wednesday, October 19, 2011Shoes would probably perform well if they didn't tear the skin off the back of my achilles. I even tried wearing socks with them but they still managed to rub the skin off me. Adjusting heel straps made no difference.

Answer These are true to length but we are out of the other sizes. Though as you can tighten it down a size up may work.
