Ryka MC2 Stability Low Running Shoes (For Women)

bought half size bigger as suggested, which worked great. use mostly for fitness classes at the gym and some running. cusioning/fit in the heel/ankle area is great but the wide forefoot feels odd to me. also hurts my foot a little in the front when i squat down. overall very nice shoe and would try Ryka again.

Follow guidelines to order 1/2 size up

The description said these ran small, so I ordered a full size larger than usual. (Usually I get a half size up in running/walking shoes) I have had Rykas before and they fit well, but these were not only too small, but too narrow. I didn't think just going up another size would get the fit right, so I ended up returning them.

I teach at a middle school, and therefore, am standing, walking around all day. My Rykas keep my feet supported properly and comfortable allllll day!!! The colors are snappy. Plus the shoe is extremely durable!!! I have worn and worn and washed and washed many of my Rykas and they still look and feel the same (GREAT)!!! I really cannot say enough positive things about the shoe!

All the Rykas that I have purchased over the years have had a great fit for my feet. I won't wear any other brand of cross-trainer. I run a great deal of dog agility and my feet never get tired regardless of the surface and they have just enough 'grab' to not injure my knees.

I workout in this shoe everyday.
