    I USE THESE TO JAZZERCISE 5-6 TIMES A WEEK AND STRENGTH TRAIN 2X WEEK. THEY ARE VERY LIGHT AND EASY TO DANCE IN AND HAVE A LOT OF CUSHION AND SUPPORT. THEY ARE VERY STYLISH AS WELL.I LOVE THESE SHOES!!

    I am a high impact step aerobic person, this shoe is just what I was looking for for good arch support, knee shock absorbing and ankle support. I didn't have to break it in at all, the extra flare on the outsides of the shoe really help keep the foot from twisting and torking the knee. Just terrific, I am about to order a second pair.
