This is a Nice rod..just a bit limited though. I tried it lawn casting with 6wt Bass Taper line and couldn't get full loading..Okuma Integrity 5/6 balanced perfectly. This rod feels like a 7wt to me..not a 6 or 8wt...The include line is a Bass taper Sage line 235 grain. Was hoping this rod would carry a 6wt line okay as this would improve the selection of lines available...having to use Sage specific line is a bummer..I wanted to like this rod but at the end of the day i felt there were too many other more versatile rods out there. I have since returned the rod but would still recommend it for those looking for a specialty fly rod for bass fishing.
    • Cons: Line Specific, No line up dots
    • Pros: Good Cork, Good FinishFit, Line Included, Nice Case, Well Made
