A liner for added warmth, water proof instead of water resistant and a hood. Like their fly rods, this jacket over all is Sage quality... Shouldn't have to say much more than that, especially for the price. This is a "classy" product.

Answer Yes, appears lined with thin layer of Polartec. Fabric appears layered similar to goretex. Product tag says 90.9% polyester, 9.1% spandex knit (probably where it gets limited stretch).
