    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    Good product-not gortex: bummer there. Wore them first time hiking for 4-6 miles around Yellowstone Nat. Park and really enjoyed them except for the crusty snow drifts and melt off. Soggy toes in the end but feet stayed warm in smartwools and comfortable in the shoes.
