Salomon Elios Gore-Tex® Trail Shoes - Waterproof (For Women)

it's a good shoes , I like them.

I ordered a 1/2 larger then I normally wear becauseof the steep descents I do. More than enough room.My 1st wear and I did 10 strenuous miles I endedwith a low blister on the ball of my foot. In hindsight should have worn thicker socks. Could use extra cushioning under the laces. Overall great buyfor [$]!

Comfortable right out of the box. Supportive enough that I don't have to wear my orthotics. Wearing them daily, have yet to challenge their water restistance.

For the price, I can afford to use these shoes for walking shoes for city hikes and town errands. I wanted to try a pair of Salomon, but I prefer the wider toe space of Vasque for hiking. These shoes have a simple design-not as technical looking as many hiking shoes-all parts of the upper are close to the same shade of brown. Very comfortable right away.

I have been completely satisfied with every pair of Salomon shoes that I have purchased from you, three pairs so far thru the years. They are really comfortable & cushion the soles of your feet, which is very important to me. Their traction also can't be beat. I love that they are completely waterproof & extremely comfortable, especially the roomy toebox. The only minor flaw that I can find is that I wish they were a little bit less heavier weight, but I also realize that might be because they are so ruggedly built to withstand road abuse.

Fabulous shoes that fitted perfectly straight from the box. I wear them all day indoors and out and they keep my feet warm and dry. The shoes are very comfortable and supportive. I spend most of my working day standing up and my feet just love them. I would buy many more pairs if they came in a range of colours.
