Salomon Exit Sport Trail Shoes (For Men)

Shoe is just not up to usual Salomon standards.

A good solid shoe and seems very durable. The only downside is they are a little hot and do not breathe the best.

I hike rough terrain so I go through hiking shoes very quickly. My impression is that these shoes will hold up onger than most.

In addition to all around use, I wear these for fishing and their ability to grip on rocks really helps. (Dry rocks better than wet). They are especially good for hiking on hard surfaces as the cushioning and support protects my 60+ year old hips from getting sore, even after numerous miles. Other athletic shoes or worn out shoes cause me to ache after a couple of miles.

Be careful! These shoes are...magical! As soon as I put them on, the force, the power behelden into these shoes began to enforce itself into me. It looked kind of like a laser show. Suddenly, I could fly! Darn near anyway! I went outside and jumped fifty feet in the air, then came down in a controlled decent. Then I did the obvious and started to run - to see if they were fast and they were! I was taking like...two strides in a city block and going at least 200 miles per hour. But I wasn't scared - these shoes gave me the confidence to do anything! Best [$] I've EVER spent.

This shoe fits...differently. The arch is a little full, the lacing is tight...but overall, it's a solid, strong shoe. I can see someone with narrow feet NOT liking this shoe. But for me, I work pretty hard and the strong structure was good. Just finished a 5 mile speed-run on my bike and my feet felt great (better than when I ride with my Merrills or Keens). The tread is strong too.

make sure they fit so you can return if you need

They look terrific, very lightweight and breathable. However there are very stiff "ribs" inside and my feet were hurting after just 5 minutes.

Great Value for these, at the price, they are good shoe for the money. Like the color combo.
