“I needed these shoes for a kayak trip and paid for 2-day air delivery - glad I did. They are very comfortable with good arch support, roomy enough so they go on and off even when wet, but the adjustable heel strap allows you to keep them snug enough to walk in. Haven't used them for hiking, so I can't comment on how comfortable they are to walk any distance. I kayak lots of rivers and lakes, and these give me great traction, keep the rocks out, and allow my feet to breathe when I'm not in the water. I highly recommend.”
