“OK - these are stiff for a cross over freestyle all mountain boot, certainly what I wanted but I am not sure if you'd want to hike the pipe in these all day. I plan on spending more time hiking to the steeps and I think they work well there. These are very similar to my Malamutes from a few years ago, with considerable improvements in the lacing system. I am very excited to try them next week and will try to post an update regarding on mountain performance. I can only hope that if they feel so much like my older Salomon boots they end up being fantastic.”
