great replacement for my '82 Pivettas. Only needs one sock per boot, lacing can be done with gloves, excellent traction. Sloppy weather is why I got them - they are so much easier to use and weigh less then 1/2 of my old boots. I hope they last 25 years too.

    • Pros: Comfortable, Great Traction, Non-slip sole, Water Resistant

The thin cloth shell provides great ventilation and is somwhat water proof. There are vents in the soles that are somewhat water proof. However if you step in puddles you will take in some moisture. If they do get soaked they will dry farely quicly. The only negative thing is that the cloth shell isn't as durable as leather. After a season they are likely to have some wear in cloth at the seams.
