“good shoes”

“I tested these shoes in an orienteering race over some unlevel terrain, 3-4in of snow, and ice. I was running off and on and my feet weren't cold at all and I didn't notice my feet getting more wet through the snow. I do wish the gaitors could be removed and that they came in a narrow width. They look heavy, but are surprisingly lightweight. I have to wear orthotics on top of the insole because they rub around my ankles otherwise. The only other change I would make to them is to have the double lace system for the forefoot and midfoot instead of just one lace pull. That way they'd be more easily adjustable for various foot widths.”
