Salomon Scrambler FG TS Winter Boots - Waterproof Insulated (For Men)

This is my 2nd pair of these boots. I work outdoors between 8-10 hrs a day and I love them. My only complaint about the first pair was that I should have bought a 2nd, and then I found them here on Sierra.

Able to wear for extended periods of time without any discomfort, and provide excellent traction .

Although it's currently summer, I plan to use these for motorcycle riding in the winter. (I ride year-round.) My last pair of Solomons wore out after 8 years. (Not bad). These are good boots.

I have recently purchased two winter boots, both of them had molded construction and both are very stiff. The old style pac boots were easy to slide on and off, these not so much. Once they are on they are fairly comfortable but they remind me of downhill skiing boots that make you feel like you cannot bend your ankle. Maybe they will loosen up with time. Pretty close on the size too, I'm not sure the Chinese have figured out that we are a nation of giants compared to them and they need to be more generous when making our apparel.
