Salomon Techamphibian-2 Water Shoes (For Men)

These are a great all around hiking shoe as they have great traction and breathe very well. The added bonus since they are amphibious is that if you come across a creek crossing, no worries, walk right in. If I had one small complaint, I would say that since they do have open webbing if silt, tiny pebbles or similar get in, they won't just slip out. Usually you have to stop and shake them out. Again, snce they're easy to take on and off, I really don't see this as a big deal. These are my second pair and that's only because my sisters dog got to the first pair! But those first ones served me well from Alaska to Lake Tahoe and everywhere in between.

Great for float trips

I have a pair I bought a couple of years ago from Sierra and love them. This version is not as comfortable. Sent them back.

Appears to be a good shoe. I may wear them in the hot weather instead of regular shoes.

I wanted to like these shoes, they have some nice features like the adjustable heel and the lace pocket, but they were uncomfortable. STP didn't have size 9 so I bought 9.5 and maybe that was part of it, I had to really cinch the heel to make them fit and the top of the heel was digging in next to my achilles. Had to return them.
