Salomon XA Comp 3 Trail Running Shoes (For Women)

I have been wearing Salomon shoes for years and would not use anything else for running or summer hiking. They provide superior traction on the downhills and are perfect for the environment in which I live and hike. I also use them for road running since nothing fits me better! I have the Goretex version for winter and these for summer-all you need! The only issue I have ever had is the pull type laces tend to wear through and the replacement system is just not as good and hard to install. Still, I will keep buying these as long as they make them!

The shoe is comfortable until I strat to run for any period of time. The ball of my foot hurts, maybe it needs more padding in the front of the shoes. ???

Salomon shoes are nice to have around for every day use and easy to slip on and off. I walk the dogs several times a day and have just ordered, what I thought would be my 2nd pair, a pair for my roomate who wears the same size and loves them too. The discount price was a bargin deal for this shoe. thanks

I bought this pair for my mom and she loves them. I also have a pair and feel the same. They are very lightweight and supportive without being confining. I use mine for trail walking and like these much better than my classic hiking boots for hikes.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing these shoes and have to say I agree with them. These shoes felt comfortable the first time I put them on. They are lighter and cooler than the shoes I wear in the winter for walking/hiking. Love em.

I love how quick these go on - great for heading out with the dogs. I bought these new ones for work, I'm an RN on my feet for 12-hour shifts and my feet feel great in these.

I love the style and fit of all the models of the Salomon Trail running shoes. These ones are very breathable but, they almost suck the dirt and dust into them. After a hike or trail run your feet are more dirty than if you'd worn no shoes at all! Otherwise, they are great. Sized a bit large.

I am a nurse walking on a hard floor for hours on end. These shoes are a great combination of sturdiness and cushion. Plus since these are running shoes, I can do my fair share of running back and forth from patient's rooms (nurses in Danskos do not have the same advantage). All in all, a great shoe and I plan on doing some trail running this summer in them as well.
